I have purchased Aquqguard Sensa in April 2012. Since begining the product is not working as per specification/expectation. All the parts in the product are of very poor quality. As of now I have registered complainst of water leaking and water outlet tap broken.
Due to water outlet tap is broken, I am not able to use the product since last 7-8 days. As of now the company has not addressed the issue. The service person says parts are not available.
I am fade up of calling the service center.
Hence I want to return back the product and get back my money.
Please provide the guidance over getting back my money.
