1. we purchased a Aquaguard total-Gold Nova on dated 11/5/2009.
2. Cheque issued for Rs 9590/- addressed to Eureka forbes.cheque number -594038 (
bank of Baroda )
3. One of your personal Named Mr. M.S Shaikh had come with a mechanic and installed it.
4. The name of the Mechanic was Prakash and the Mobile no 9323410255.
5. We were told that they will send the receipt after the cheque is realised.
6. till date we have not received the receipt.
7 .several times we contacted Mr. Shaikh ,But he has not sent the receipt
8. we complained at your office ,in the land line 39883333 to Shradha.- the
complain number -55391507,and the personal code number -81894459,and the permanent
code number-1006147225
9. till date we have not received the original bill.Requested to look in the matter
at the earliest and send us the bill,
10. I never expected this kind of treatment from a well known organisation
