    dear sir,
    i hve taken 1 year AMC facility of my aquaguard water purifier on 27-Dec-2010 which includes 2 services but they have provided me only 1 service and on 25-dec-2011 their mechanic come for the service and was saing they wont provide us free service and he's not ready to listen anything. He was just askin for new AMC. Sence 1 year is not over and they are not provided me service.

    Default No response from service provider

    Dear Sir,

    I am an user of your Compact Cartridge water purifier since 2001. My customer code is 056-82194. My Machine is under an AMC contract for 1 year from 26/05/2011-25/05/2012 with the local Service Franchise (MR. SHAMIM; JANGIPUR, MURSHIDABAD, WEST BENGAL cell no. 9775046559) . The person is not responding to my repeated pursuance of giving the free mid-term servicing, which is due since nov'2011. You are requested to look into the matter and see that the servicing is done at the earliest. Please instruct the franchise to act promptly and provide the services for which we are paying every year. Your early positive actions in this regard is solicited and anticipated.

    hi
    i am dr.devendra purchased eureka forbes Aquasure water purifier on 17/12/2011 from Vijay sales, sion mumbai..in early feb i.e. within 2 months suddenly the outlet started leaking even if the water purifier is in switched off mode..it stopped only when i cut the water supply..i called upon the helpline number.and within 2 days the service engineer replaced leaked valve which sucks water..it was told to me that it can malfunction again.and advised me to install a booster pump costing rs.3000 to avoid this problem in future..
    After replacing the valve the water flow has reduced significantly and now its taking 10 min to fill a bottle of 1 litre..on the contrary this filter assures you flow of 2litres/min..i called upon the engineer, he told me the filter is at fault..he dint do any paper work...since then last 2 weeks i have been calling helpline repeatedly..they just apologize but not fixing the problem..this pathetic service when the product is just 2 months old..my request number is 86385347..
    so please do the needful..

    Question No servicing for 9 months by Eureka forbes RO

    Hi,

    I am Priyanka from Gurgaon. We purchased a Eureka Forbes Aquaguard RO water purifier in June'11 but nobody since then came for servicing. When we asked for a reason for no visit, the servicing guy said there was some database loss. I think that is the lamest excuse.
    I don't want to think that we were consuming dirty water from last so many months. I wish to file a case and ask for compensation alongwith free servicing/contract renewal. Request your guidance.

    Default Pathetic Service

    Dear sir ,
    We purchased a Aquaguard Protec Plus from your distributor in Ongole,Prakasam(Dt) and the amount was paid.One of your personal Named Mr. Yellaiah (9618074877) had installed it on 21/10/2011 at my home in Hyderabad.Whenever we called him for service, he is asking money of Rs 425/- per visit and are forced to pay the same twice.Again during the month of March'12 we had a problem in the machine and requested Mr Yellaiah to rectify the same, who in turn asked for service charges as well as spares cost, if any required.Then i clarified him that the machine was under warranty and hence AMC Policy would be taken on expiry.Since then your person did not responding my calls and not giving any phone nos of yours or the distributors. At last we complained at your office ,in the land line 39883333 to Wasim.- the
    complaint number 86716941 and till date we have not received response from your staff.

    Today i spoke to one of your personal in the above land line, who informed me that the problem was rectified. How can you close the complaint with out repairing the Machine?

    I never expected this kind of treatment from a well known organisation

    Pl reply immediately regarding the above
