I had lodged a complaint for replacement of Inlet pipe of My Philips Water Purifier on their helpline no.18001022929 on 21.12.2011 my complaint no. is 738637 . As per Philips India commitment the complaints are to be resolved in 48 hrs. But till date my complaint remains unresolved even after 20 days. My family is drinking non purified water and facing health hazard. Inlet pipe of the water Purifier is the pipe connecting the water purifier from main tap with a plastic connector attached to the machine. My complaint (738637) was referred to Golden Electronics, Kalyan ,Dist.Thane,Maharashtra and their reply was the pipe is not available in stock and as and when it comes it will be replaced there is no deadline for the same,even the service center is not aware how long it would take. This is the way Philips provide after sales Service to their customers and moreover these small parts are not available else where also. What a strange way to provide service? Will Philips India look into this matter and help me out. Who would be responsible for the health problem we are facing due to consumption of unfiltered drinking water. Do Philips and their service center understand the importance of such products? It is not Television or Music System which consumer can do with out for days.
