I have ordered an aqua guard sense on 25th September, 2011, sales person who took the booking and collected the cheque for Rs 17900.00 was Mr. K Anjaneylu 9056482 his contact no. 9989391873. And his superior name K Nageshwar reddy, contact No. 9948065951. Since 15 days Everyday contacting Mr. K Nageshwar reddy, and helpline no 39883333 they are taking the complaint everyday and tells that your complaint is register and you will receive the product soon. Mr. K Nageshwar reddy, used to tell me in the beginning, tomorrow we will deliver, tomorrow we will deliver, after one week he stopped receiving our phone, today (on Monday 10/10/2011during working hours) we called him more than 20 times he never lift the phone, finally he lifted started abusing me and he says he will not supply the filter do whatever you want to do he says. is this the way to deal with customer? Kindly concerned person should look in to this issue seriously.


I do not want that company product, I want my money back immediately. I will buy some other product.
