Sir,
I am very sorry to say that after a lot of hua and cry which
is written in my first mail which is attached with this mail below, my
water purifier got serviced on 21/01/09. At present again my machine
is non-functional but nobody is there to take care.At present Eureka
Fobes has it's franchise at Bettiah , which is being run by the same
firm from which we have maintenance contract for Two years. Whenever
we contact Mr Sudhir at his mobile number
+91-9430413904(Mr.Sudhir Kumar), we don't get satisfactory answer. I
don't understand how can a company of such reputation can do this.
So please help us to resolve our issues so that my machine
can be maintained on time, every time..
