Dear Sir/Madam ,
I Purchased HLL Water purifier in the month of dec. 2008 & now I placed order for its Battery kit on dated 18/8/2009 . As per HLL Call center executive kit replaced with in 3 days but nobody get in touch with me & then again I call at Call center for HLL Person visit then executive confirmed me HLL technician visited at my premises with in 24 hour but nobody visited . Now I today again call at call center for visit but again executive Anshul ask me to wait for next 24 Hours.

Same Problem I faced last time in the month of May 09 . First delay in visit from HLL Team & then Battery kit again shows RED Error on purifier after some days & after that we didn`t used Purifier at our end

i purchased a pureit 2 years back and i changed the battery kit for about 4 times by my self but unfortunately i misplaced the nut which tightens the battery kit. so i ordered for the nut in karaikudi office nearly 10 days ago but i didnt get yet. please follow up and i totally fedup with your after sales service
