I purchased a Aquaguard RO from Eureka Forbes (Inv. No. 2549101893)on 23rg July, 09
& paid Rs. 13500/- + my old Aquagurd. They supplied a fauly machine & from first day
it is not working. I wrote several letters & made several phone calls to the
concerned persons but nobody replied. I request you to please take the matter
seriously & do the needful.

Plz guide us as the aquaguard reviva owned by us has fallen down with stand it was installed upon. How could we have new exterior of aquaguard reviva as candles are reliably safe.
I have purchased Auaguard infinity last year and is in guarantee period. It developed a problem last month and I made first complaint on 15th october 2011. Afterwards I made umpteen no. of calls to your customer care and also local (Vashi, Navi Mumbai) and till today the problem is not attended.

i baught aqua guard reviva ro system on 2nd feb 2011 and from then it was not working properly i call them so many times and service man do something and it works for 3 - 4 days then it stops i write them letter to change instument under waranty period but they change membren and as they suggest we buy on filter bowl from them but it again starts workin but after 3 months again it starts and stops frequently and they are not responding for 10 days. and manager says it cannot be change so what can i do ????
