To Whom so ever it may concern.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I maid my first complain on 09th July 2009, Complain no.: C091287179. This was the number given to me, and was told that some one will visit within three working days.A person then came to my residence show the 'Pure IT" kit and said that the whole kit has to be changed and asked me to call the help line no and log a complain to change the kit as he has no right to do so with out instruction. I called on help line no i.e 9223200200/9223600600 on 18th July 2009 for registering my complain with regards to my complain made on 09th July 2009 and spoke to Mr. Roshan (Executive), who started saying that we have received feed back saying that the given mobile no. i.e 9920042963 is not reachable, I said him that your person has visited and examined the kit and has asked to log a complain for change of kit then how can you say that my mobile no. is not reachable so he gave me a complain no.: S09/MUM/1470-018825, saying some one will attend the call in next 3 working days but no one again turned up. So again I called on helpline on 29th July 2009 and spoke to Mr. Sameer Sharma and explained him what I am facing and gave him the above mentioned complain no. he said that S09/MUM/1470-018825 is not a complain no. but it is a new booking no. and again gave me a new complain : c091354521 and said that our senior Mr. Krishna will call me on my mobile and gave me email id purit.hul@uniliver.com but till date I have not recieved any call for him. Then again in anger I made a call on 3rd August and spoke to Mr. Rajesh kumar who assured me that one person will attend my call, but till date the there is no person to attend the call please advice what should be done as I have a small kid 4 years old in my house.
