It is now two months. Even after repeated emails to "tataswach@tatachemicals.com" and "swach.tata@gmail.com". There has been no action. My money has not been returned and the only update that I have received from Tata Swach is as follows "Dear Sir, Sorry for the delay in delivery."

I've also posted the issue on their facebook page. The reply has been "Bharat, we have received your email and are tracking it. We had some trouble with the delivery. But, we are definitely going to resolve the issue. Take a look at how we resolved a similar complaint - "

Upon requesting updates on the issue I am told "Still trying! Will keep you posted."

I kindly request the consumer court to take up the issue with TATA Swach. I no longer believe that they can deliver the product that I have ordered. The least that they must do is to return the money that they owe me and compensate for all the agony that I have had to face the past two months.
