Hi,

I had PAID for a water softener unit on Wednesday, 6th July 2011 via a cheque (Kotak mahindra Bank - 000018).
The amount paid was 4990/-.
I was told that I will get the delivery on the Saturday, 8th July 2011.

I have been trying to reach the guy who sold to me over the phone multiple times, but no go.
I even tried reaching his senior. He promised me on 18th July that I will get the delivery same day.
But nothing happened.

The sales agent's name is Mr. Prakash - 9379479677.

Please help.
