horrible service and company. I purchased the m/c last year. Firstly I was promised that I would get a letter stating free life time service. After repeated complaints and followup the sales guy gave a letter himself in letter head with spelling mistakes locally.

We have also complained that the body is broken, water is leaking. But nos response since 5 months. Sending emails at their website is useless. Calling customer service they say that we have forwarded and we can't do anything.

We should really stop these companies from marketing in India. Customer is king. I fell I am nowhere.

Its a complaint. I purchased the Smart RO with Order Form Cum Receipt
No. 329000362. One Mr. Dilip Kumar sold this to me and promised to
give a life time free service letter, that we never received. Resolve
the problem asap.
