Faulty Machine yet not Repaired AquaSure water purifier Hello Sir, I am Amit Joshi. I have AquaSure water purifier (Platinum Model). Its power switch is not working from a week. I had logged complain of same to customer care of Eureka on 02039883333 and they logged it with complain ID 130609446243. They told me that same issue would be fixing in two working days. Unfortunately yet no one bother to attend this issue. I am taking follow-up on daily basis. I am receiving same reply which I got very first day. Request to you please do needful for me and take very strong action against this company.

To get any help for such kinds of complaints, it's better to send a complaint letter to the Head office of the Co.
