Our RO water system is not working at all since past two days. There have been several complaints / requests made for the service guy to visit our place and rectify the problem. The first response we got on 19/01/2011 was that the guy will come within 24 hours. And till date there have been more than eleven calls made to the customer service number to request them to send the service guy. But nothing has been done neither any alternate contact has been provided to help us solve the problem.
The complaint number was 2001206.
