I have Aguaguard gold nova.We had given a call regarding change of filter when we were going to shift to a new locality. But still they have not come and replaced the filters. Everytime they take our call, ask our address and respond to the call saying that they will send a person within 24 hrs, but its now 9 months and still it's not done. We have spend so much in that and we have only used it for 2 years.It's of no use if the filter is not changed. Everytime they say one thing that they are sorry for that and will be sending a person within 24hrs. Very bad service to say, we only have SMS of the request nos. they take. I don't know if somebody can really help in this matter. We have now lost hope that they will ever come and change the filter. Ever seen such a poor service. We don't want to buy any Eureka forbe's products. This company should be banned.
