I'm one of the customers of Eureka Forbes, in particular, of aqua guard.We're having problem with the water dispenser button of the machine, it was not working at all.
Hence I lodged a complaint with the helpline no. o3339883333 and asked the person receiving the call to tag it as urgent, when asked I's informed about their policy of attending such requests within 24hours.
We waited patiently for given timeframe without any action from the service dept.Then I called the helpline again this morning just for being informed that some action will be taken ASAP.When I insisted on being provided with the number of some person of authority concerning this problem, I's given a number of sevice dept.....but even after multiple attempts it went unanswered.
Finally somebody from service centre reached our place at noon today, claiming that he didn't get the complaint yesterday.
I want to protest against such poor service.Even if it is an example of mis-communication between the depts or some error in system or plain ignorance and arrogance, the company should be held responsible for it.
All the details concerning the problem are given below.....I hope somebody somewhere will take the proper action so that the customers do not have to suffer in future.
