I bought Aquaguard Protect+ RO model about 9 months back. I was promised that every 3 months their representative will come and provide free service for 2 years. However no one has turned up in past 8-9 months. I lodged several complaints but no one has bothered to listen.

Due to elongated duration of no service, my product may break down or need extra investment on maintenance. I have no clue on how can I get the cheaters to task.

This is my second expereince with pathetic Eureka forbes service and I recommend to every individual to never buy a Eureka Forbes product. Their sales manager are touts and will promise the world to you but you will not be even given bare minimum service once the product is sold. Eureka Forbes seems to be in the business of cheating people through their corrupt sales force.
