I have purchased a water filter from Eureka Forbes (Model Aquaguard - compact) on March 15, 2010. I have chosen mode of payment by EMIs. With concern to that my first cheque has been encashed within 3 days but the instrument has not been installed yet. The installment of the instrument is included in the free services provided by Eureka Forbes. I have been constantly following up with the staff of the company which decalres itself to be a friend for life but nothing has been done so far. I have reminded not only the branch office located at Asaf Ali Road but also tried to reach corporate office but there people don't even bother to take complaints of customer.
I am writing at this forum to give me justice in getting my money back. I now don't want this machine. They can take it back and return my money so that I can at least go to other companies with my hard earned money.
Also, let the management know that what stuff of people they have employed to book their profits.
