I ordered for RO through call ctr on 16th Dec 2009. A service person came same day afternoon and installed the model INFINITY saying there's no need of RO in my place. i've been using RO of another brand named dolphin until then. after two days water from INFINITY started producing white circle shapped stains in vessels and water tasted quite awful. i made a complaint on 4th January 2010 to the call ctr asking to replace the model with what i've requesterd earlier. they said service person will be there in two days. i stopped using the purifier and started buying 20 lts water from nearby supermarket. I waited for a week and called again, same reply.the purifier started leaking and i dont know what to do in this condition. my complaint id is 8237 2615. i made a call again and they said someone will be there by that day evening. so far nobody came.

I bought a aquaguard RO Reviva...of eureka forbes...from kochhar financer , Phase 3b2 mohali. executive Mr. Kumar and Mr. Rajinder in July 2009.
as per their promises they told me that we provide you three services free in a Year.. but still its all most 10 month is passing but no services are provide by urs cuctomer care....
Yours promises are so big but never give the good services.....
I m Very dissatisfied from urs services b'coz VAADE TO BADE BUT KAAM KUCHH NAHI
I JST WANT plz provide the services ..

I've purchased a aquaguard total reviva water purifier from salem(tamilnadu) branch on febraury 8th 2010, within a week there was a problem with the instrument ,so the filter was replaced by ur technician.unfortunately some ten days back the water was not purified properly and the salt content was more and the concerned part(memarin) have to be replaced(as per ur technician report) , but that technicaian irresponsibly says that particular part is not available as there is no stock, In the meantime my daughter 2yrs old was affected by severe cold,bcoz the water was not purified properly.One thing i would like to say taht we are prolonged customer of eureka forbes for the past fifteen years starting from the vacuum cleaner to this water purifier, i was totally disappointed with ur poor service customer care. if it happens like this how can i recommmend ur product to others?. so please replace the instrument with a new one , becoz i cant use this product for long term as the problem arised within a week of purchase. I beleive that u'll respond me immediately other wise i've to move to consumer court as i am having all evidences regarding this product like product code ,bill, complaint log reply from ur dealer. I registered for 2 yeras AMC vide invoice cum receipt no. 15355081 dated 03.08.08 with Bhagalpur(Bihar) branch and made a payment of Rs.1890. But after that i had to face like anything and for last one year the agent at bhagalpur is not at ll responding. pl. look into the matter and punish the culprit as well help me to get the candles and filters .
We are having arounf 50 no of acquaguard wchich are out of order since last one year.No acquaguard agency is ready to taking the liability for repair.
I HAVE purchased aquaguard reviva ro in feb 2010 . in last 7 month its work hampered 3 times.i have called company office at akola many times but they denied to give service out of akola .THEY told to bring inst at akola '. service people changed memb of faulty piece and returned inst after 1 month; meanwhile we purchased packaged drinking of 5000 thousand rs as it was summer '. after 2 months of good time again ro failed to [produce purified water .now i have decided to say by -by to aquagaurd and buying new kent ro .But i would like to meet DM of aquagaurd once in my life my cell no 9421397421

I live in R-54, GaneshDham Colony, Nevada, Sunderpur, Varanasi purchased Aquagaurd water purifier RO Reviva in 2006 was very much satified but from last two years service has become so poor that because of these service people I am switching from aqugaurd to kent water purifier as the list of complaints is given below : -
1. After 10 to 15 calls later they attend the call.
2. They visit after 2 to 3 days after the complaint.
3. After they repair either on the same day or after few days problem again occurs.
4. Incompetent or inefficient untrained workers attained the complaints.
5. If problem repeatedly occurs then they don't bother to attained.
This careless person is Mr.Ajay Roy who has the franchisee of Eureka Aquagaurd in our area.Can anybody do somthing about him ?

I live in flat no -t2,H.no -A -125,gupt apartment,shakarpur,delhi is using the Aquasure Crystal from almost 1 year.I had issue regarding its malfunctioning in providing clean water,so I had lodge the complaint against their unit name-Himanshu enterprises,its executive had attended for checking almost after 1 months,and their executive even not had Id card so when i confirm from the Himanshu enterprises they confirmed that he is their employee and in response to that we had made payment but again the executive did not gave us the bill.Moreover,our product was in AMC Warranty But still they forced us to make payment saying that we will check your Amc details and will make refund of Payments.But till date we have not received any Bill or refund.whenever we call them we get a same response from their executive that tomorrow you will Get the Bill along with your refund.but till date we have not received Bill and refund.
I live in Andheri West in Mumbai and had bought tyhe Aquaguard Inifinity about 15 months ago. the machine remains non functional most of the time.All complains registered with the call centre has faield to produce a service engineer at my house. The telephone number prpvided of the local agency is never picked up. Finally, I have to chase their people and literally bully them to come and fix it even though its under AMC. Now I am so fed up with the machine that I wish to donate it to the comapny itself and they can use it to drink precious waterfor as long as they believe in their product.
Most pathetic service. My recommendation is DONT ever buy their product

Purchase Auaguard Infinity last year. The item is in guarantee period. It developed water leakage problem last month.
Gave complaint on 15.10.11 in their customer care.
Followed up with no. of SMS and telephone calls with them. No body turned up to attend the problem till today.
Highly frustrating experience with Aquaguard. No shame at all for the people.
