My Cousin is using Eureka Forbes Reviva Aqua Guard Water Filter for the past ten years. We have been maintaining AMC since then. But till date they have not attended to any compliant regarding the same on time.
There is problem with the water filter for nearly a month. we have been making compliants with the toll free number 044-39883333 and when ever we call different persons pick up the phone. And when we asked for the compliant number they are giving the same answer that the system is not functioning and hence number could not be generated.
I have been trying to contact one Mr.Suresh on 9677043431 and on 21st i spoke to one ms. ramya from customer care she informed that the problem will be sorted out and no action has been taken till now. And when i asked for the supervisor details from Ms.Ramya she asked to speak to Mr.Hemanth 9381725010, but to my surprise mr.hemant did not pick up the call, inspite of several reminders.
People should be made aware of these in adequacies in servicing of the product and severe action should be taken against these personnel.

We had paid annual amc to eureka forbes(manisha enterprise) for services but they are not providing proper services, never coming and doing services so now i am feeling that i am using good company water purifier but not getting services.
So kindly help me out for services.
i have a verve model water puryfire, from the day one it is not working properly. i have complain about it 15 to 20 time but every time when i call they say it will be solved soon. now it is totally not working..
i spoke to one ms. Deepti (020-27124532) Goodluck service center at wakad,pune she informed that the problem will be sorted out and no action has been taken till now. 2-3 times their agent (sunil sawant- 9850625784) has come but he was not able to repair, and said that the parts is not available and not sure when it will be available, so he could not do anything talk to deepti mam..and when i call again deepti said we cannot do anything you talk to mr. sushil.I have been trying to contact one Mr.sushil(service manager,pune) on 9326312157 but he did not pick up the call inspite of several reminder... and now 2.5 month have completed. they are not able to repair it and not even ready to change it.. so kindly please help me.

I am using aquaguard (Eureka Forbes) from last 10 yrs, & regularly renew my AMC with them, But the serrvice person are come only to renew & not come for any of the complaint. I had call them on many times also I complaint online on their web site but no budy contact me till date.
Please do the needfull.
