I purchased Eureka Forbes Aquaguard RO System Model-AQUAGUARD RO Sr.No-BD06-0004509 on May-06.Recently it started leaking from the Tap with minor hair crack
I called the Service person from Franchieses with details below

But instead of getting any help I got trapped into bigger trouble.
The details of incidence is as given below.
1.For arresting the leakage the sevice person was removing the Tap and in this process he completely damaged the storage tank
2.The Franchieses service fellow Mr. Pakash chand was unskilled and not authorised person from Eureka Forbes as he failed to show his I-card.
3.After the incidence when asked for the service report which he denied.
4.I personally met the owner of the Franchiese Mr Kabadwal,who was not ready to take the responsibility for the damages happened instead he misbehaved with me.
5.The complete incidence was informed to Mr.Vivek Arora Service Head Dehradun,He also committed to send his person but till date no one turned up.

I really wonder the nature and the level of services provided by Eureka Forbes to the customers.
Because of few employees the company's image is getting tarnished.

My demands are
1.Free replacement of the storage tank
2.suitable compensation for exposing me and my family to water prone diseases as RO is still not in use.

Pl look into the matter and provide adequate solution to the problem.
