This complaint is against Mr. Himanshu and his company Aquafresh RO with registered office OM Sales & service C-419, Om enclave, Faridabad. Tel. : 8010425071, 9711273244. I purchased RO water purifier (Model challenger RO+UV) on 19/07/2012 by Mr. himanshu (9711273244) by door step service on behalf of his company. this RO water purifier fails immediately on the 3rd day after installation. Despite so many attempts (more than 100) of calling them, have received no response from their end regarding repairing my RO water purifier. Service offered by their company is absolutely pathetic and I am a victim of that and has caused me a lot of harrassment. Request you to take necessary action against this fraud company and agent.
