    Default hindustan unilever pureit

    Dear Sir,

    I bought Hindustan Lever's Pureit 1.5 Years back. There is a battery kit
    that purifies the water. The drinking water in our area is very bad that's
    why I installed Pure it. When I asked about the battery change time after
    its life expired, they replace the same in 2 to 3 days time maximum, they
    said. There is no place where I can buy the kit becuase that was only
    delivered by there delivering agent.
    But when I placed battery request its already more than a week that there is
    no response from them, inspite of my regular calling and complaint
    registration there is no response from them. My wife is pregnant and the
    supplied water is very harmful for her. We are daily buying liters of
    Bisleri water. I got throat infection drinking the supply water.

    I strongly want to drag these guys to consumer court. Please help me in the
    process. Please call back or mail ASAP.

    Dear Sir,

    To get any solution for your complaint kindly send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. Send it through registered post and keep a copy of that letter also. Hope you will get any positive response from there.

    Default Complaint .Pureit water filter.A product of Hindustan Unilever.

    I purchased Pureit water filter on 07-03-2009..
    My Customer ID....1927788670..
    The Battery Kit failed immediately after a short period..
    The kit was replaced by the company representative on 19-05-2009.
    ONLY within roughly 70 days..
    We are two members in the family.And we remain out of home for many days..
    If the kit gives 1500 Ltrs did we two consumed more than 20 Ltrs of water
    per day ?????We dont use pureit water for cooking purpose.We have a seperate water filter cum softener for cooking purpose..
    Battery kit fitted on 15-05-2009 failed again in the last week of August 2009..
    I complained.The representative checked and aske me to complain..
    The pureit filter in now notworking..
    Two battery kits are required within Six months ???Yearly the customer will be required to pay almost the price of a filter..
    IS THERE ANYBODY TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND SATISFY A CUSTOMER ?.
    IS HLL IS SERIOUS ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS COMPLAINTS ???

    Verbal commitments and verbal complaints have no value. Pls. send a written complaint to the Head Office of the Co. to get any help, as soon as possible.

    Exclamation HUL's Purite Water filter - doesn't filter giving Yellow colour water

    I have been calling HUL purite helpline number since 14th September, 2009 regarding the non filteration of water.

    Once they came and put some chemical after 5 calls spanning over 10 days. Now again since last Thursday the water which comes out after filteration is yellow in colour. No one is attending to the complaint. I think this water filter is useless. How do I take this matter forward.

    When we call them they say no manager, someone from the company will get back without any luck.


    Note: I can take a pic of the yellowish filter water with yellow mark in purite, will it help to give this or inform the press.

    Default weak service of hindustan pure it

    my name shyam chalise. i stay in shivaji vihar, delhi. i took before some month
    hindustan pure it water filter. my pure it battery life is finished before seven
    days. i booked it immediatly. my order is IS09/DLI21715614 through call center of
    hindustan pure it. Nobody are interested to give service. i called near office 78
    vairav enclave, paschim vihar. i called call center third day. again i booked it.
    today more five day. it is no good response. it is so weak service of hindustan pure
    it. Get Yourself a cool, short @in.com Email ID now!

    I have purchased HUL PureIT. As is the technology I now need to change the battery kit. I have ordered for the same to their helpline number 9223200200 but they are yet to send the battery kit to me. My complaint reference number to HUL PureIt helpline are,09SCL1654000437 and for the second complaint 091662702 and now for the third complaint I have lodged, they have not given me any reference number. I think HUL only thinks of increasing sales volume and no after sales service. Now I fear I am drinking unsafe water as the Old battery kit has given red indication, and I held the Company(HUL)responsible which earlier claimed that they would provide its customer with water as safe as boiled water.

    Water Filter started malfunctioning and stopped to work properly. Till
    today this has not been attended despite my repeated complaints in your

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    I am a resident of South Delhi And would like to bring my complaint
    againt Hindustan unilever in front of you.

    My name is Saman Rafiq and stays in S-24, house#17, khirki extension,
    Malviya ngr, Delhi-17

    I bought a pureit unit on 2nd July 09 invoice # IS 09/515-3492. My
    pureit ID is 1927702555 n my contact numbers are 9910881480/ 1503

    This mail is regarding the customer service what Hindustan Uniliver is
    providing. I am extremely FRUSTRATED n disappointed by PUREIT customer
    service n how they HARASS their customers

    My first complaint was on 18th Oct #S09/DLI2249000497 regarding
    replacement of the battery which according to Pureit standards should
    have been resolved by 21st Oct however despite my regular
    calls( almost every alternate day) no one turned up till date. In the
    span of 14days this was my 6th call n received 4th complaint number
    none of which has been actioned till date.

    My level of frustration is such that I would never ever recommend
    Pureit to anyone in my whole life.

    I have all the complaint numbers n track of calls which if needed I am
    happy to provide.

    Customer service is to provide factilities to your customer n
    defitinety not to harass them. I have wasted my time, my energy, my
    patience, my peace of mind by struggling to get this resolved, my
    money in making calls to Pureit for hours n buying uncountable mineral
    water bottles in past 14
    days.

    I really seek your help n need a compensation fron Hindustan Unilever
    for this act of harassment.
    Please guide me on how to get this resolved n I look forward to get
    justice from you.

    the worst service ever, its now going to be two months, but my battery kit has not been changed yet.
    they assure me every tme I call them that they will change it the next day!
    And in addition to this, they call me to ask if I am satisfied with their service, and if my PureIt is working fine!

    Default Bad services by Hindustan Uniliver Purit

    Dear Team,

    I brought this Purit water purifier some one year ago and since then I am suffering from the services provided by the company. Every time it takes more than 10 days to get the new battery kit, and because of this my family is suffering a lot.

    I have made repeated complaint but It seems there is no process in Hindustan Uniliver limited. It is almost impossible to contact the customer care executives, if I am lucky then also I have keep the phone on hold for at least 10 minutes to get in touch with customer care executive. Then customer care executive used to fool me. They always give the wrong commitment and they think customer is fool.

    I know I have made a big mistake by taking this purifier, and wanted to throw this out to dustbin, also I will not leave this company, I will make sure that this matter goes to Media so that other does not suffer from this company.

    Default Change of battery Kit

    Hi
    I brought this Purit water purifier one year ago and since then I am suffering from the services provided by the company. The battery Kit the purifies the water had to be replaced after 3 months from the date of insatllation.
    I have replaced the battery few months back. The new battery kit was for 2250 liters. It fails again last week. We are two member family and we are not using more than 10 liters of water per day. Also we were out of station for two months. Now i have placed an order for the battery kit last week. Till now there is no response from Pureit people.I have been trying to call the customer care but it is always engaged and getting the automated msg that " All our customer care excecutives are busy attaneding calls from other customers.Your call is important to us so pls hold the line our purit water expert will attend your call soon" . I hold the line for more than 30 mins but no use.
    I am suffering from severe stomach problem because of the water.Now I am buying bisselri water botttle for all purposes.

    I have send an email complaint also but no rply. I have done a big mistake by buying this idiotic purifier.They don't value the customer request and the service is very very very poor. I have never experienced this kind of service from anybody else other than Pureit. I have to sue them.
    I request people don't ever buy this water purifier from Pureit.
