It is regarding my Water filter, which i purchased from M/s Shivam Enterprises, their own brand AQUAFRESH (Elegant PD-41), on 06\12\2011, Order no.- verval, Bill no.- 1034.
it has 1 year Guarantee.
just from the second day installation, it started showing problems, now its 7 month running, it been repaired thrice but still the problem remains same.
Now the company manager Sanjay Yadav wants me to purchase another filter under exchange offer, instead replacing the faulty water filter.
after calling them for number of times for replacing it or to service it, on their no. 022 2628 1396 / 65390115 / 9870454147 /0665015524 m not getting any response and any concrete answer from them.
From last 20 days we are drinking unfiltered water and that so in this monsoon season, risking my and my 2 year old daughter’s health.
