Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased Reverse Osmosis(RO) water purifier from Eureka Forbes on 09
August 08 and was given 24 months warranty against faulty product.
Recently the RO stopped functioning. The repair person sent by the company
said the adaptor is defective. I must *pay Rs 3500* else they refuse to
replace/repair it.
This is sheer *violation of the contract.*
Also, *I am entitled to free service every 3 months, but *despite repeated
requests, *they have just provided 1 free service** till now **.

*Please help me in resolving my problem.
