Hi,



I have purchased Samsung Washing machine 2 year back. After 1 and half year the
washing machine started to give problem. I have raised comp lent to customer care.
After that from Service centre one person is came and verified and told that need to
take the washing machine to service centre. They took washing machine to service
centre. After that I didn’t get any call from them so I called to customer care an
they said it will be repaired shortly. I heard same word whenever I call them. After
shouting on them made conference call with Service centre manager, even he also said
will repair shortly and will deliver the washing machine. But these keep on drag
till 3 month. After 3 month they told they will replace washing machine and give us
new washing machine. Again these also took 1 month and they told not possible to
replace the washing machine and the old washing machine is repaired. I agree the
same and took deliver the washing machine. Till this date m warranty got over. When
I log the complaint I had warranty. Now I saw that they where not repaired and
deliver to my home that after 4 month. Again I called to customer care they told
they will send one person to look in to this and they sent. He saw the washing
machine and told need to take to service centre. After 7 days also no one is came
and took. I called 3 times customer care they where telling they will inform
somebody from service centre and they will call us. But no one is calling and
responding.

I really fed up with this. I don’t know what step I can take. Indirectly they
harassed me.



In service centre 4 month my warranty got over. This is not my problem because I
complained when warranty was their and they delivered unrepaired washing machine.



After this all conclusion I come to know that from starting itself my washing
machine had problem and the field engineer told me that it works like this only. So
I believe that.
