    Hi Team,



    Myself Sudesh Singh Chauhan and I am living in Sangam Vihar New Delhi since 12 yrs.

    I would like to say that I have complaint about the TCL company. I purchased TCL
    Washing Machine on 23/12/2007 from Masuri Shop which is located in sangam vihar
    locality.

    My problem is that washing machine is not working properly from last 4 months,its
    spam is not working. I have many complaint raised in comapny but we have not
    recieved any feedback from company end.I also contacted with Company Manager but he
    did not any help his contact no is 9810727077.Complaint No is 09H03W232.Therefore I
    want suggestion from your team. Can you please register a CASE against the TCL
    company?.We want justice in your court as soon as possible.

    Angry Washing machine

    I took washing machine around 1 year back. though i had many problems i managed it for 1 year. but now it is currupt. i contacted the service people. the said timer has gone. ok. we asked him to replace. its been 1 month we are calling those people. they will say we will brig tomorrow like this. i have decided to complain them about this to the management. what does it mean they are not able to get a spare part for us.I recommend u not to buy this machine unless they give a good service.

    Dear All,

    To get any solution regarding these kinds of complaints you have to send a written complaint to the Head Office of the Concerned Co. Wait for the response from 10 to 15 days and do mention in your complaint letter that if the Co. is not going to provide you any solution within this time period, you are going to file a case in consumer forum.
