Hi,

There is a veru long delay in servicing of our Electrolux washy talky washing machine which we bought on 7 nov, 2004. On 6th June, it stopped working and we reported a complaint to the service center. But, when even after 5 days it was not serviced we complained to the regional service manager. He promised it will repaired and next day, the serviceman came and told us that the display board has to replaced after inspection and he told us that it will be replaced in short time.
Whenever, we call them, they keeping giving us false hopes that it will be serviced soon.
But, even after 15 days, number of calls to their service center and letters to customer care of electrolux, they have not taken any action nor they seem to take any action. They seem to be very irresponsible towards this.
Can anyone give an advice on what should I do next?
Can I file a complaint in the consumer court regarding this.
