I had lodged the complaint of my 6 yr old IFB, front load washing machine which was attended after 10 days inspite of lodging complaint in their call centre. The machine was nt fully repaired & the rubber in the front of the machine was placed by the mechanic Nadeem from reverse side with the promise that would be replaced in 3 days.

It has been more than 15 days & still the work is incomplete. I was charged Rs 3500 for the job & no bill was given.

I would not advise anyone to buy IFB washing machine because thaey have got pathetic service & service mechanics like Nadeem & Sachin who fool the customers.
