It does not give me any pleasure to write such kind of email as even after a month time of buying a new IFB washing machine a month back, the problem which existed on very first day of installation based on which replacement request was filed, is still unresolved.

Due to all this I feel
  • Frustrated
  • Fed up (due to getting different answers from various people with different resolution dates)
  • Cheated

I bought IFB Serena SX 5.5 kg washing machine on 8th Jan’2011 from a registered dealer in Noida. Due to snag in machine which was identified at time of installation, replacement request was placed basis engineer advice. Even after a month of buying a machine, it is still to be fit for use & replacement is yet pending.

Request & urge responsible people in IFB to look into the grievance & resolve. Compensation is expected due to all the delays & keeping customer in grey.

Update on all this is also expected with firm resolution dates.
