I had purchased the above machine in New Delhi on 13 Mar 2010 and have since shifted to Bangalore. For the last few months the machine has been giving problems in terms heavy vibration during "rinse" and "spin" mode during the washing cycle.
Since the machine is under warranty I had lodged the first complaint on08Dec 2011(no. 7803169). Promptly a technician was sent to look into the matter. There silence for about a week and lodged another complaint with the customer service (no 7861490) on 16 Dec 2011. This time I was given the telephone numbers of the service center at Bangalore ( nos 080-23627190 and 9740752630).
After numerous calls to the service center they finally gave me another complaint no. 8056723 on 6 Jan 2012 and sent a "senior" technician to look at the machine, who supposedly identified the problem area.
I have made numerous calls to the service center, sent many complaints on their website, none of which have evinced reply.
I was finally moved up the complaint chain to an executive Mr Balaji mob. No. 9379229734 who told me today 31 Jan 2012 that the machine would be picked up tomorrow.
I seriously have doubts on this happening based on their response till now.I need to know what I need to do if things do not move as it should.
