I bought this product in June 2010, it is still under warranty, however I have to log complain without fail every month. This product has many failings, the manufacture has not provided measures against anti-scalling though it boasts of ANti-Bacterial wash which is washing clothes at 90 degree. The heating system is pathetic, whenever I tried to use this feature, I had to get the washing machine heater replace. Again I have to spent around 1500 Rs in getting anti-scalling done it has not been more than 1.5 years and monthly I am spending 700-1000 Rs in Machine repairs. Please advise how should I tackle this issue.
