I bouhgt a top load fully automatic washing machine from videocon through spancers, then the engineer came to install it, he unpacked the box and found that 2 important parts were missing from the box. he said he'l come back to install it and he made it work without the Mesh and a lock. its been 2 weeks i have been following it up with spancers and videocon, and all i m getting is a run around, i feel like being cheated as there no one seems to be fixing this issue for me, i have 2 year old child and it is very unsafe to have a machine which doesnt have its all accessories, it could be a threat to our health and the property.
