I have purchased one Videocon washing mashine my washing machine create some problem of spin motor & I have call logged complaint is(LUC0101120004) of Videocon washing machine dated on 1 jan 2012 (09:30:03 AM) & I have received second message from service centre side that Dear Customer your complaint LUC0101120004 will be serviced by our engineer Haseeb dated on 2 jan 2012(11:26:10 AM).
I have received third message from TM-SERVICE side that your call has been cancelled without any visited or any communication with me dated on 5 Jan 2012(11:22:03 PM).
I have call log again to service centre & I have received new case id no is LUC0601120018 from TM-SERVICE side dated on 6 Jan 2012(09:32:06)& I have faced same problem that without any confirmation this Case ID has been closed dated on 10 Jan 2012(01:12:02).& I have received a new case ID LUC1001120249 from TM- SERVICE side dated on 10 Jan 2012(03:02:05 PM).
Engineer was come to our site yesterday afternoon & he is not provided proper resulation then I have received new message from Service Centre side that your call has beeen cancelled with any resulation.
I have continue.. faced this problem 1 Jan to till now .
Issue only 1 & complaint 5 provide for same issue.
please take nesessery action against to service center & Custmoer care which without discussed with me my call is cancelled contined.
