Mail sent by me to IFB but no action taken

Sir,

With reference to the mail below, I would like to inform that Mr.Satish (Mobile No- 9346203708) spoke to me and has also sent a person to check my machine. Immediately in 15 days the machine again got a problem and when i again called Mr.Satish, his mobile is always switched off.
Then i called at Hyderabad office and they gave me another contact number who is not responding to our problem. I have also told in my last mail either to replace the machine as i have taken extended warranty also. And if that is not solved, I would surely take this to the Consumer Court Forum this time.
Request you to resolve this at the earliest. Awaiting for an immediate response.

Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to the above serial number of washing machine purchased by me on 08th August 2007.
The machine has been creating lot of problems during the last two years and I have informed your service departments personnel manier times but they have not been responding in the expected manner. I have also tried calling them but they are not answering our calls. Also, my machine has been taken for repair/servicing since last two months and there is no response as to when it would be returned to me.
I have an extended warranty for the above said machine till 05th September 2011 taken from IFB Industries Limited, Secunderabad (vide invoice number - 6563 dated 28th July 2011).
Lastly, I would like you to please replace our washing machine with a new one (as i have incurred huge losses on account of repairing and replacement) at the earliest, failing which I would take up this issue to the "District Consumer Court" .
