SIR , Despite registering two complaints with the IFB in the month of NOVEMBER and DECEMBER through their official website for the delay which is nearing a month for repairing my washing machine which is covered under ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT valid until 05/04/2012. The company didn't even bothered to call or reply to my grievance till date as thier website auto answered as ..... (Thank you for your query. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible) when my complaint was delivered to them successfully..

The following are the two complaints registered in their comaplaint registration section for your review .........

COMPLAINT - 1

I have registered a complaint for a problem in my washing machine (complaint # 7634387 & ID 1706999) on dated. 16/11/2011 as my washing machine is covered under AMC. valid until 05/04/2012.

It is now about 15 days and till date no one have ever responded despite calling everyday at the local service centre on the given numbers provided and the numbers are sailaja # 040 40175157, Mr. Satish # 9346203708.

I regret and strongly condemn the deliberate delay's in repairing the machine and i will be forced to submit a complaint regarding the same with the consumer court and the print media.

I need a urgent response regarding the same at the earliest and acknowledge the same.

What a poor show .. so pathetic.

I regret buying a washing machine from day one from a company which is deceiving its esteemed customers by making false promises with regard to the products and collecting huge amounts under the name AMC and turning a blind eye when comes to giving the services.

Atleast have a courtesy to acknowledge my complaint registered with you in your complaint registration form a week back regarding the poor services with regard to the maintenance of my washing machine which is ofcourse covered under a valid AMC till 2012.

Now let me assure you that i am not going to rest in peace unless i get an answer from you regarding the same.
