My IFB washing machine was not working. I did not know of IFB dealer nearby to my location. I called up JUST DIAL to find about IFB dealer nearby. They gave me IFB customer care telephone number. I contacted them for repair. They promised to send somebody for repair.<br>In the mean time, JUST DIAL gave my complaint details to PARAM ENTERPRISES of NOIDA. They sent somebody for repair. Initially, the person said there is a.minor problem and the machine would run without heater, which he had by passed. There were some sparks when the machine was run. He repaired it, filled water in the machine and started it. This damaged the machine further by running the machine and burning the motor. They charged me Rs 250 for the visit and asked for heavy amount for repair.  <br>When I enquired with IFB, they informed me that they have not yet routed person for repair. When I checked up about the company, IFB informed me that PARAM ENTERPRISES is not an authorised agency for them. <br>I again contacted Param Enterprise for repair of the machine, from where Mr Manoj Solanki asked for Rs 3000 for repair of the machine saying that he will bear half the cost and we have to bear some portion of the cost. When I again contacted them, somebody picked up the phone and informed that Mr Solanki is not available and to call after 10 minutes. When I did so, they did not pick up phone even after repeated attempts.
