I've bad experience with IFB service team. I purchased IFB Elena Dx 5.5Kg dated on 13/7/2010 with 4 years warranty, but the machine not working 15^th Dec 2011 onwards, complained registered on 16^th Dec 2011 C.No:7862789, still no one can’t visit to my home and doesn’t make any rectification, again I was called to customer care (1860-4255-678), they were simply replied it will resolve within 24 hr’s. I don’t understand the service people were working just 1 hour per day? Because still not completed 24Hr’s…….! (Just 19 days completed). I want to escalated to next level..... still waiting with little hope.
