Hello,

This is to lodge a complaint against IFB company for their unresponsible behaviour against fulfilling customer satisfactions and demoralising customers feelings.


I purchased a washing machine on 04th September 2011 (IFB Elena DX 5.5Kg, fully automatic) worth Rs 19,000/- . After delivering the machine they showed us a demo wherein they (the company representative) found out that this is a faulty piece that they delivered, reason being the timer was not functioning properly. I have lodged a complaint on the same day and nobody turned up. I used to call their customer call centre daily asking/begging to get the machine replaced and unfortunately i was always been heard with the same dialogue "issue has been escalated to concerned department".

Finally on the 22nd day , I was blesssed with a representative from IFB visiting my house to check the issue. He figured out that the machine is a faulty one and need to get replaced. He told me that he has taken a complaint and this is the 37th day the machine has not got replaced or rectified.

This is very shameful from a so called reputed firm as IFB . Their service was too pathetic and Im raising a complaint so as to make them atleast aware and dont repeat this to any other customers who had put in their hard earned money buying their product.

Kindly help me in raising a complaint against IFB .
