I purchased IFB senator washing machine 4 years ago. Recently I renewed my AMC for the washing machine. There was a minor problem in it, the belt was out, due to which it was not running. When I complained about it a service person (from local service center - AYUSH SERVICES) came and fixed it. He also told me that the shock absorber is worn out and needs to be replaced. After few days another service person came and he replaced the shock absorber. He was handling the machine in a rough manner. After he fixed it, he saisd the ball bearing needs to be changed too. When the machine was run it was making very loud noise, like grindng stones/steel balls. We did not have this problem before. I think the service person broke something while fixing the shock absorber. He asked me to complain about it and simply left.
Since then I have been following up with both IFB customer care (Manager - Raja) and the local service center (Manager - Sudhakar) for more than 3 weeks now. They kept giving me empty promises but never made it. For the past few days they have been avoiding my calls as well. I am extremely frustated with this behavior. My laundry bills are raising.
I am not sure how to take this further. If required, I am ready to go for legal action against them. Please guide me sir.
