I've purchased IFB washing Machine AW7233, top loading worth Rs. 17500.00 from Better Deals Electronics, The Great India Place, Noida on 08-09-2011I received the delivery on 9th September which was installed by Company Executive on 10th Sept. while installation, we found that the MAchine's lead was brken and was commmitted to be replaced the very next day by Engineer.On constant follow up and being delayed and stalled by company I am totally demotivated and wish to get it replaced. what should i do?My complaint no. with IFB is: 7196373
