lg washing machine i bought lg front loading washing machine and spent Rs.22000 on that which is now under AMC.it was not working so the men of lg company took it to the workshop.after that they called me and told me that they are not able to repair it.because there is no availabilty of some parts in company.now they want to pay me Rs.3000 for that washing machine.now please tell me why are they allowed to sell their products if they can not arrange any part.please someone solve my problem.we indians are not that rich that every year we can spend so much money on this type of washing machines.

lg washing machine purchased a fully automatic washing machine in april2008 at chandigarh.
not satisfied with it's performance. no solution despite complaints time and again.
Pl advise whether complaints relating to chandigarh centre can be registered with
you or not. Or any such recourse available at chandigarh?

To get any solution for your complaint kindly send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. Send it through registered post and keep a copy of that letter also. Hope you will get any positive response from there.Regards,

LG Washing Machine Dear Sir / Madam,
This is in reference to the order placed for LG Washing Machine in GIRIAS
Sadashivanagar branch in Bangalore, Karnataka. We have placed an order for
LG Washing machine Model: LG WM 7915QS on Sunday 18.10.2009. The delivery
was scheduled to be done on next day i.e., on 19.10.2009 or later by next
day, since we had planned for going out of station on 22.10.09, we had
requested them to deliver as early as possible. There was not even a single
information until Wednesday, when we tried to reach them over phone after
several repeated calls, they responded. They said that stock has arrived
just now and we will be delivering next day. Since, we had already planned
our travel; my father visited the showroom again same day evening & met the
delivery head Mr. Ali asking him for quick delivery latest by Thursday
afternoon. Written assurance (Mentioned on backside of original bill) was
given by the person that positively the product will be delivered b/w 12 to
1pm. But even after 5pm there was no courtesy call to atleast inform
anything about the delivery. Again after repeated attempts, we managed to
get somebody to pick-up the phone. They said that they will checkup & make a
callback on the status of delivery.
Around 6 pm they called and said that 4 nos. of stock was received and there
was one faulty stock, so they sent entire 4 nos of stock back. So, they will
not be able to deliver. We asked them to refund back the money if they were
unable to deliver.
Again one person called at 7pm in the evening and said that they are loading
the consignment and will be coming to deliver. Since our train was scheduled
at 10pm, we requested him to be present by atleast 8pm so that we will be
available. Then again we started trying to reach them over phone from 8 pm
onwards to trace where the consignment was presently & get the driver’s
number, so that we do not get delayed to our train. At last, some sales girl
picked-up the phone & before we started asking about the delivery, she
disconnected up the phone. Again after ringing 4-5 times, some other person,
picked up the phone, we asked the phone to be given to Ali, but he said that
the person is leaving for the day & without any further information
disconnected the phone. Later since, we could not wait any further & no
response; we started our journey so that we can catch up the train. Later,
high drama happened. Around 9.30pm, one person claiming himself to be the
driver called up & said that he had come with the consignment. Since nobody
was available at home at that time, we requested him to inform the delivery
manager about the same & asked him to call back whether what can be done.
Then also no response. Also, we don’t know whether the damaged stock was
sent just for the sake of delivery. There is no confirmation that even
whether there was any vehicle that has been spotted by our neighbors.
Now, after these many things & improper customer service by the dealer, we
are least interested to continue to purchase from GIRIAS. We want them to
refund the money paid in advance. We are worried about visiting the showroom
again fearing that they tone in which they talked in phone. So, what can be
done to get our money refunded with the help of consumer court, please let
us know your suggestions? Awaiting your early response.
We would not have willed to cancel the order, if they had given a proper
information at time when they we not able to. Their attitude has hurted us,
which was never apologetic not customer friendly. They even doesn’t have
min. courtesy to call back & inform the status even after repeated requests
by us. We are paying around 15000/- to the model, but such a response from
one of the famous branded outlet is not acceptable.

complaint of washing machine Sir, I want to bring to your kind notice that I had bought a 7 kg TOP LOADING L G fully automatic washing machine in Oct.2008 costing Rs.19500/=. The quality of its outer body is so poor that after only 14 months rust patches appeared on all the sides of outer body..I hadve brought to the notice of local dealer but invain.In 1998 I had bought a semi automatic machine of same brand and that is working properly not even a single patch of rust appeared on it uptil now in 12 years.
One thing more there was no manual of machine in the box and I so many times asked for it to the local dealer but of no use.This creates a doubt that this piece sold to me might be of SECOND GRADE.So I request you to kindly get it inspected.I can bear the loss but company should take serious notice of this type of negligence.

SIR,I WANT TO BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT THE DEALER IS READY TO CHANGE THE OUTER SHELL OF FULLY AUTOMATIC TOP LOADING WASHING MACHING ;;;;LG"s SO CALLED RUST FREE MODEL BUT CAUGHT RUST IN MERE 13 -14 MONTHS. SIR I WANT TO ASK WHY SHOULD NOT COMPANY REPLACE IT WITH A SEALED BOX PACK. AFTER ALL IT IS THE EVIDENCE OF L G INDIA A WORLDWIDE COMPANY"S MASTERPIECE. THE WHOLE PRODUCT MUST BE SHIFTED TO COMPANY FOR DEEP CHECK UP OF NEGLIGENCIES IF THERE ARE IN THE PRODUCT MANUFACTURING. WAITING FOR AN EARLY REPLY.
