    Here is the situation We purchased Whirl pool washing machine from TMC begumpet branch in last year.it been only 9-10months from the time we purchased and recently we are facing some problem with the machine. we are trying to fix that issue by your technicians. we are calling since 15days to TMC begumpet branch office spoke to many agents and supervisors they keep transferring the call to different agents or supervisors. but none out them are responding or sending the technician to fix the issue

    its really frustrating& pathetic service which we are having from your representatives
    Kindly i request chairman of the store to resolve this issue as soon as possible to stay as a customer for future

    Default Replacement of WhirlPool washing machine fordefect

    1. i have purchased a fully automatic whirlpool washing machine model - white magic pro 7 Kg on 10 Nov 2009. Since purchase of this washing machine I am having problem every now and then. 03 x times the PCB has been replaced.03 x times the relay of water inlet have been changed. I get a prompt service here in pathankot. But the recurring defect is always persistent.

    2. Since yesterday i.e on 09 Nov 2010 my washing machine is not getting switched ON. A couple of days back its PCB was replaced. I have requested the local service Dealer Super Sales & services mob no 9417947260 and Head Office Batala mob no 9814286287 for a extended Warranty for 01 x year since my warranty is getting over today.

    3. Please look into the matter and sent some service person to attend.

    4. Being a Defence Person and due to my service constraints I am mostly out on Duty. It becomes difficult on part of my family to get the washing machine repaired every now and then.

    5. Therefore I request the WhirlPool company to look into the matter and get the washing machine replaced as a onetime measure so that my problem of getting it repaired every now and then is solved

    Default best in poorest service and irresponsible answers

    We bought a washing fully automatic washing machine which is under AMC the PCB in the machine has got some prob and they agree to it that it has to be changed for the past 10 days thats is from 4th of november till date ie 12th they say no procurment of PCB fed up of these people's service i dont know wether we should depend on washingmachines is it worth or necessary after paying hugely and begging to do better service!the days hace changed from that of mahatma's from costomers are king to costomers are lesser than beggers!

    We purchased a whirlpool washing machine at TMC[as rao nagar] on 11.11.2011&it is delivered on12.11.2011.We wants the demo how to use it&lodge a complaint for demo.I call back to 60008558 no. on sunday wants the feedback for my complaint,They answered me due to sunday we unable to gave u service,tommorrow at any cost we arrange for a demo.Next day i got a message from Whirlpool side,ur complaint is assigned to A.anand kumar.Again I call back to 60008558,they provide me executive no.I call back to that no.the executive says it is wrongly assigned to me&gave the contact no. of that area executive no. named MOHAN.i call back to Mohan&ask for his visit,he replays me to attend my complaint on tuesday evening&he says we have the time of 48hours to attend the complaint.Again icall back to 60008558&they gave commitment to send the executive on the same day.Every time they said we put a reminder for my complaint.today i.e.,15/11/2011,I call to 60008558&they said we arrange it today&put the reminder for my complaint.How many reminders they want to give a demo.it is 2.25pm,Till now i don't get acall from ur executive side.this is the worst service from the Whirlpool side.For a reputated company it takes 72hours&above to give demo for a customer.Only for demo they do like this,If any repair happens how many hours they take to give the service.I feels unhappy to buy ths Product.

    Default Refund of money

    We have purchased a WHIRLPOOL BM 360 H GRAPHITE, with an Invoice No. BP 1112CR-1478, dt: 20-10-2011, at Price Rs.24,000/- at TMC Begumpet. The day we had purchased the troubles had started for us. First it was delivery of the machine, which was backed up and received after four days of promised date. Then the person who had visited our house for demo, started comparing the machine with FRONT load machine and told us the inferior qualities of the TOP Load machine. We were not happy with the service but enligthened with the educative lecture by your WHIRLPOOL ENGINEER on FRONT LOAD machines and all our household members started enquiring on FRONT LOAD. After reaching for a decision in a day or two, we had approached TMC Begumpet with request to exchange the our TOP load with a FRONT Load machine which was accepted on a condition that the difference of amount would be borne by us. The request which was obliged initially by the Front Office, later to our surprise was declined stating the reason that they cannot obliged our request since they cannot give to a USED machine. I would also like to through some light on the USED MACHINE issue. We havent started using the machine in the first place, it was only the demo person who had opened the machine. Secondly, just to make our machine tagged as USED, the team had wilfully and tactfully sent another person for inspection. While in the name inspection the person cleverly made us put some clothes trying to convince us regarding the wash quality. The whole exercise of the inspection person proved futile since we had already made our minds to go for a FRONT Load after the eye opening advise from your Great WHIRLPOOL ENGINEER.

    Our request is simple we donot want have any argument or complaint against anybody, all that we are requesting or demanding is money back or exchange of FRONT Load machine in against of our TOP LOad machine. Please oblige our request to shorten our pains in return we pray for your peace and well being. Resulting which may lead to miserable lives of both of us, we as an agonised victim of the company and you as the company who might face difficult situations created by the agonised victim. Thanking you in anticipation of a postive decision in favour of an agonised and irated customer.

    hello sir,
    this is sahil khera from malout distt muktsar ,punjab . i bought a fully automatic washing machine of whirlpool on august'2007. the machine stated rusting after 1and half year... soon the whole body of machine got rusted and we a filed a complaint to customer care. we had registered the complaint in 2009 , 2010 and now in 2011.. but there is no good responce from the compony.
    the whole body of machine got rusted and it doesn't .. i yelled too many times to whirlpool cc but the response from the company is " now its too late for us to help u . the service will be provided to u on cash"bluddy when were you when we complaining like hell..
    we were such a good customer of whirlpool. we have got all the applaince of whirlpool . and each and every applaince do not work any more .

    DEAR SIR,
    I Rajeev sharma ,I purchased w .m professional sports from lotus indore in 2009 .suddenly after 2years the machine started creating a problem after calling 100 times the service people came they told us that motor has gone now we have to change the motor .then we waited for the motor after 15 days again the service man came and said motor is working .i have to take this machine to the sevice center to check and understand the problem we said ok .after 5 days machine came back for only2 days it worked and after that again the problem started .I called the service man he said the complaint is closed again register the complaint we poor customer followed his instructions in hope that our machine will get repaired.now he said that digital board is having problem ,pipe is having problem every part of the machine was having problem .
    as the machine was under warranty he changed each and everything except the body .please don't have wrong impression that he changed every thing as the service is good it happened because i called the head office mumbai 200 times .The result was zero machine was still not working I always use to feel as if that service man was learning how to repair the machine. "I THINK BEFORE LAUNCHING THE MACHINE THEY SHOULD GIVE PROPER TRAINING" After 4 months they decided to replace the old machine with the new one as they were not able to solve the problem they said as you have used the machine please pay 6000 bugs and they replaced. smile came to uor face we felt our problem is over but suddenly after 2 months the new machine stopped working the service people again started digital board is not working ,motor is not working GOD please save not again and now they want me to pay 2500 rs . I request every body not to trust the whirlpool service is poor ,products are poor if any body is planning to buy the machine please read this.

    I have a semi automatic whirlpool machine . its spinner is not working .. I called up whirlpool call centre on18601804558 on the same day and lodged a complaint.my complain no is kl1211010322 .from 5 days i m continuously calling them but no response from there side .
    Once a service engineer visited my house but he dint came with proper instruments and he asked us he will visit us next day.but he dint came and we are complaining the customer care but no response is coming from there side.they r just saying us that we had given the reminder and nothing else we can do.
    The service engineers are pathetic. . The most unprofessional engineers seen so far can be found in Whirlpool India Ltd. They don't respond well, they don't follow up, they don't keep their customers well informed They may be one of the best selling products in the market. But when it comes to service they are pathetic.Is it not the responsibility of the company to protect the sentiments of the customer?
    I am at the loosing end no doubt. But the company is also at the loosing end. They loose the customers, the recommendations and tommorow if a new product is launched and they may be the best in the world for that product. But I will not go for it.

    Hoping the above complaint is taken seriously and is dealt with the same seriousness. Please protect the Indian customers from such defaulting companies,

    Angry Very Bad after-sale-service

    Dear Sir
    I have bought this fully automatic front load washing machine (sensation-Elite) of whirlpool in February 2008 from Home Town of Big Bazaar in Shipra mall, Ghaziabad, U.P..
    Few weeks back from today there was a strange sound started coming from the machine while working. So, I registered a complaint with the company. They told me that their engineer will visit and fix the problem and we have to pay the service charges since the warranty period has been expired. I agreed. The Engineer (Mr. Vijay Kumar) came and checked the machine. He took some time and told us that it is fixed. I paid the charges and he left. The very next day the same problem sprung up. I again complained and the engineer was sent again. He spent some time inspecting the machine and told me that I should go on working with machine just like that, if the problem persist he will have to lift the machine to their workshop later. I asked him if he is sure working like this will not enhance the damage. He assured.
    After a weak the machine got dead while washing the clothes. I again complained. This time another engineer (Mr. Manoj) was sent and he told me that he will have to lift the machine to the workshop and most of the important parts of the machine like Drum, tubs will be changed afresh. I was shocked when he told me about the repairing cost of around Rs. 6000/-. but I had no other option so I agreed to let them take the machine to the workshop. But I told them to inform me while opening up the machine so that I could go there personally and check for myself the interior damage before it is repaired (the workshop is very near to my place) . They assured me to do so. But they never called me.
    After a weak they inform me that the repairing is done and they are ready to deliver it back. I argued with them about no calling me while repairing but they insisted to take the things as it is. Ultimately machine was delivered at my place and I was told that 1.Rear Tub, 2. Front tub and 3.the Drum (Basket) was replaced anew. I was handed over a bill of Rs. 6195/- in a very raw and local manner. I told them I will try first and then pay. They agreed and left.
    Later when I was checking the machine I found that the Drum they have replaced, has some obvious big dents on it and there are big junk marks all over it. The thing very obviously was used one. I got angry and I complained this with the company’s customer care. They told me they will send somebody for inspection and to sort it out. But the person they sent to me was the same engineer (Mr. Manoj). However I explained him and showed him the condition of the drum. Initially he was against then he agreed that they have used a secondhand product.
    I argued that I can not take the things in this way and I will not pay until a senior engineer will come and survey the machine as I am not sure whether the other spare parts of the machine which they have replaced (which are not visible from outside) are new or used ones.
    How can anybody pay for used things?
    ANYHOW IT IS COMPANY’S RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE THE SPARE PARTS OF THE PRODUCT THEY ARE SELLING IN THE MARKET.
    So... I am requesting the concerned person from the Whirlpool Company to sort it out.

    Sub: Request for Replace of Washing Machine – Reg.

    I, K. Manohar Babu, working as Project Manager in reputed organization. I have bought Whirlpool (Sensation NEO) Washing machine from TMC-Abids, Hyderabad for an amount of Rs. 15,880/- Vide invoice No. AB/0708/CR-5363 on 2nd Jan’ 2008.
    Next day your Executive (Mr.Anil) had visited for installation and demonstration and we started using it. That day evening machine started jumping with loud grinding noise during any spin cycle. I called to Whirlpool for help. The same executive visited next day and removed some thermo coal pieces and left without checking thoroughly. I used the machine that day, again same problem occurred (i.e. jumping and moving with loud noise). Again I called and the same execute came and advised me to purchase a stand for that problem instead of solving technically or replacing the machine. The problem was somewhat reduced after fixing the stand but there is no change in moving and loud sound.
    We thought it will be like that only because we are unaware of washing machine function. Whenever spin mode is on the machine is shaking and moving with loud noise, I need to catch hold of machine every time. It is literally impossible to have a conversation with someone standing next to it in the same vicinity as the washer, it is that loud. I am sorely disappointed with the Whirlpool washing machine and with the retailer who has been "dragging their feet" on customer satisfaction.
    Later, we noticed that the washing quality was not good, and then we called the executive for washing quality. The executive advised to purchase some machine cleaning powders and covers for the machine.
    As I work in project department I have to go to all over India as my part of job. So, those problems like that only. Recently, because of shaking and moving leakages from bottom of w/m started, then I called the executive for the rectification.
    One of the engineers from whirlpool told me that, as this machine is imported, because of the imports of spares, this problem was “obsolete” by the company.
    Another engineer told me that as this problem with manufacturing defect, I need to meet his manager for the machine replacing.
    Then I approached Mr. Mahesh Kumar, Manager (Cell no.9392202600, 9704945879) for the replacing of this machine, he gave one bailout offer in which I have to loose 30% and add some money to get any new w/m from whirlpool, this disappointed me again.
    I requested him to get this problems rectified till I decide, he send executives but the problems was not rectified, now the machine not switching on, I called him again to check, he says timer problem. I feel that they have damaged my w/m.
    Every customer should be entitled to a full refund, and a compensation for the many hours of electricity, aggravation, frustration and mental torture with product.
    Hence I request you to provide new machine for the sake of the costumer satisfaction.
    Remind you that other appliances in my house are coming due. Whirlpool and its affiliates will be part of those upgrades going forward as per the solution I sought from this letter.
    Hoping the above complaint is taken seriously and protects the Indian customers from such problems.

    Thumbs down engineer damaged the machine and refuse to fix

    Whirlpool service engineer comes to attend a complaint for my washing machine that is under AMC. He fixes the problem but he broke the drain pipe while closing it which resulted in the drain water filling up the whole area....

    When i ask him to fix/replace it, he says that it is not under warranty and I have to pay to replace it.

    I called the customer support and they offer to send the case to the escalation team who will call me in by 7.30pm.

    At 7PM I received an SMS that the case is closed with "Customer refused to pay"/

    Angry Not attending complaint from more than 10 days

    Dear Sir, This is to inform about the poor customer service by Raipur ( Chattisgarh ) service centre of Whirlpool. We lodged a complaint more than 10 days ago regarding poor functioning of our washing machine. After dialing the number 0771-6000855, and giving our address, we were told that serivce engineer will come in 24 hrs, but no engineer has come till date. Also the people at the dialled call center, dont even know about the address location, and asking us to clarify the address clearly, and sometimes even saying that the given address does not exist. Kindly instruct the service department of the company, to give proper servicing.

    Sir,
    I have purchased a Whirlpool washing Machine 12-01-2007, I take Amc Gain plan for five years, which will expire on 27-11-12.
    Now machine got a problem and given a complaint to service centre Sri Lakshmi Service Centre Kumbakonam. The service Engineer Mr.Chittibabu said the board has to be changed. Then he Contact Company, they refused to give as per Amc.
    Again I lodge my complaint to chennai office. As per their instruction Mr.Selvakumar (Kumbakonam)contact me by phone, who said our computer shows the Amc expire date is 12-01-2012. We cannot do anything also we can change spares only for two years after that we can do service only.
    I said to him the date problem is not my mistake because I am not entering the details in computers it company problem for me bill only the evidence. I said to him if you are not change the board as per Amc I will go for legal action, he said you can go anywhere you take any action I am not bother about it. Hence, I request you to solve this problem as per Amc otherwise I will go to customer court or any other legal action. I am expecting your reply as soon as possible.

    Default Problem with Whirlpool White Magic FSAN801/GB

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I Suman Kota purchased the washing machine from TMC, Hydernagar, Hyderabad on 31/12/2008. After Installation and in less than a week, I got the lid separated from the washing machine and got in my hand when I tried to open the lid. I called customer care on 6th Jan 2009 and registered a complaint. Service Engineer came and used feviquick/some adhesive and fixed it instead of replacing it with a new one. I extended the warranty for two more years after the given warranty (In total the machine is covered for 4 years from the date of purchase).

    Actual Problem on 29th April: Water in the washing machine leaked, Lot of vibration in the machine and the lid fallen in the tub with water (kept next to washing machine to store water).
    Call to the customer care: On 30th April, I called the customer care and explained the same, they promised me they will arrange a service engineer to resolve all the issues of the washing machine and the ticket no is HD04012021469
    Service Engineer Visit on 1st May: He opened the back Iron sheet of the washing machine and cut the pipe and stretched the tube and kept in position. Later he filled the machine with water and made it on and left, telling its ok. I enquired him on the vibration issue and asked him why a lot of vibration occurred as that vibration results the separation of lid also. He explained to me as the water leaked and the clothes are inside the drum and due to unbalance in the machine a lot of vibration occurred.
    Again water Leaked on 1st April: After he left, we used the washing machine and the water again leaked. I also asked him to replace the damaged sheet at the bottom due to the water leakage and provide the new hinges to the lid. He informed me that the bottom sheet will not cover under warranty require rs.1200 to replace the lid and hinges as you won't sell the hinges separately. and now the model is changed.
    Call to Customer Care: On 2nd April, we called the customer care and informed, what had happened. They escalated the issue to Mr. Santosh and he had taken Mr. Bhairava Murthy, the service incharge of Whirlpool, He mentioned that the warranty only covers to the mechanical parts and not to the aesthetic parts. To my surprise I didn't understand, whether the hinges are mechanical items or not. I tried to convince him that the damage due to the mechanical system leads to that damage, but he mentioned that the lid is not in place at the time of your service engineer visit and we won't consider it. It seems very funny to argue like this. If the lid got separated from the machine fallen next to the machine, how can keep it in the same position and not to use the utility till your service eng. visit the site. Anybody will keep the lid aside and do their work. He informed me that he has no complaints registered on the lid. (However, Mr. Santosh later informed me that there is a complaint registered on 6th Jan 2009.)

    For your information, I complained on the same lid issue during the early days of the usage. Your service person visited and just glued the lid to the hinge and left. I asked Mr.Bhairava Murthy to make my machine perfect or refund my entire amount and I am sure that I won't buy any of the Whirlpool products in the future.

    I had purchased Washing Machine, Refrigerator and Air Conditioner all Whirlpool and I learned a lesson not to do that. Also I purchased the extended warranty for the two years for Rs. 5526/- towards accessory/amc/gain sale of the home appliance.

    From the past 20 days, My situation is pathetic. May I Know how to resolve the issue.
