    Default Bad customer care by PAI Ineternational -Blre and LG customer care centre

    Hi,

    One of the worst showroom i have ever seen any showrrom in Bangalore. Infact i have purched the LG washing machine on 12-Oct-2008 and they done home delivery.But coz of thier negligence (they were very harsh when they shefting from the vehicle to home) one of the drinage pipe broken and till today they were not able to either repaired it or replaced it. I have filed somany compleints each time the LG executive will come and doing nothing instead putting some plasters and going. Again the same story i have to call for further follow up. But till today i have not got the proper respons or solutions. So pls help me to get this resolved.

    PAI International is a worst in taking customer care. Pls help me on this......

    LG is the worst company to take care of their customers. I also had problem in my washing machine which they took to their centre and returned after three days saying it had been repaired and when i checked it it had the same problem.
    they charged 1500 but the problem stood where it was . On calling them to repair it again they have number of reasons for last one month that either person is not available or part is not available.
    If u cant have parts for machine then why these people manufacture such products.

    Default Lg bad service

    Hi,

    I stay in Andheri east Mumbai and i made the mistake of purchasing a LG product.I have purchased a LG fridge model number- GL-191PME two years back. Around 6 months back the door of my deep fridge broke and the glass which acts as a cover for the vegetable tray was also broken.I have lodged a complaint on 16th November 2009 bearing complaint number CO9A1612478 to which i was promised that the engineer would be at my place by the end of the day;that didn't happen.Again i lodged a complaint on 20th November 2009 and this time i got 3 complaint number CO9A2014877, CO9A2014856,and CO9A2014941 to which an engineer arrived in my place on 21st morning and checked the details and said that he would visit within 2 days with the parts. On 24th i gave a call to the customer care asking them about the status and they informed me that my complaint has been cancelled as i was not at home. I told them that a LG engineer had already visited me and was supposed to rectify my complain and therefore their reasoning of cancelling the Complain stands null and void. To this i was put on hold for 20mins and finally i had to put the phone down and when i called again the response was the same. The only difference was that i was put on hold for 2 mins and then they told me that someone will get back to me shortly. On my query that the engineer had come to my place so why do i have to repeat the process.To this, the customer care executive told me in that case i should visit a service center and give them my complain.I have now got fed-up and decided to approach the consumer court for the harrasement that i am going through and use all my voice recording which is recorded by the call centres and produce it in court as a proof of their mismanagement.

    Dear Member,

    If you are not getting any help from the service centre, kindly send a written complaint to the Head Office of the Co. on the name of it's Managing Director with all relevant details regarding your problem.

    Default defected piece of refrigerator(LG)

    Sir,

    This is to bring in your kind notice that a Fridge model no…GL 241 SADG 5(Pink mordern)230 ltrs of LG was unfortunately bought by undersigned on 2/08/09 from the dealer M/S raj musico 19A-B, Sadar Bazaar Agra.

    Its regret to say that your product became a big failure and couldn’t meet the expected quality level for which LG is known as the crack was observed inside the fridge after few days. Immediately a complaint was launched and your engineer Mr. Shyam Singh visited on 11th of Nov'09 with the promise that he would get the fridge exchanged with in 15 days, but neither the fridge got replaced nor their was any intimation by the company during the said period.Atlast again I visited the Dealer shop (Mr. Rajesh)on 1st of Dec’09 and requested them to keep their words for which I was given assurance to get it replaced upto 10th of Dec’09 then on the verge of audit the assurance sifted to 16th of Dec.

    Now till date the situation is name and due to company’s care less behavior Iam facing much problem, moreover the casual attitude and sluggish approach of the employees towards their duties of such a reputed company LG is enough to make the customer irritated .

    I have been forced to write this letter to your goodself when my patience limit has crossed in a hope that you would sure provide me the permanent solution at the earliest and would not let the image down of such a big brand LG.
