i want to file a complaint againt the IFB ltd.
i bought a washing machine of IFB.the piece is defective n broken.we purchased the machine in march,2009.its a semi auto upload machine.
we didnt check it while purchasing n when the piece reached home , we checked it.we have spoken to the customer care n to the REGIONAL MANAGER OF HARYANA OF IFB LTD.(Mr.Sunil Sharma)
nobody is ready to help.we want the money back or the piece to be replaced.we hav spent Rs.17000/- on a washing machine.
these people have no sense of responsibilty.they are so rude to talk to n VERY IRRESPONSIBLE.can u please help us in this matter.

Hello,

If the IFB Customer Care and the regional manager is not going to help then send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of IFB about your problem, mention all the complaints no. in it, attach Photo copy of Bill and ask them for the proper solution.

Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you if the parent company will not solve the issue with in the mention time of 15 to 20 days.

Firstly let me introduce myself as probably the oldest IFB washing machine owner of Shimla. After purchase I persuaded a lot of my relatives and friends to purchase your washing machines. But of late I am totally unsatisfied with the follow up service by your Company despite regular AMC. Last year in January at the time of AMC the body/cover of the machine was duly replaced as suggested by the visiting technical staff of your company for the longevity of the machine. Regrettably, the machine never worked properly after the replacement of the cover. The machine vibrates so much that it even damaged the door of my new fridge that fact was duly brought to the notice of technical staff and customer care centre.
Firstly, the company’s technical staff never paid a visit in the specified time and took 20 days for visiting and attending each complaint. Most of the time they were without the spares and promised to come back, and if at all they rectified the machine it never worked for more than ten days. Rest of the details must be there in your customer care data, as I have never been replied satisfactorily to any of your SMS feedbacks too.
My machine never worked effectively and is down and standstill since replacement of the cover/body of the machine. In case the machine cannot be repaired, you are requested to kindly refund my AMC amount and replace the old cover with new by refunding the amount of the same.

My IFB washing machine (6 kg digital) is not working for the past 5 days. I have registered the complaint on 17.09.09 but still they have not attended to it.

I have been following with them every day but no one attends to the problem.

To get any solution for your complaint kindly send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. Send it through registered post and keep a copy of that letter also. Hope you will get any positive response from there.

I bought Washing Machine 3 years back and now it got repaired. Water is flowing from the downward and the relay is not getting on. Please advise.

If this kind of service your people are providing than i think I have go to consumer court and no other sollution I have.

Ur service men from Quilon(Kollam) came two or three times.Just after their departure it again fails. Last week it was taken to the service centre.And i paid Rs.3750.We are not technical experts.They every thing is alright.But today wen i am to use it, it don't even vibrate. Sir, wat could we do? After many searches I chose IFB just to avoid these types of problems.Please send some expert men to find out the exact problem of my machine

This is Annamalai from valasaravakkam Chennai, owning IFB seno plus,My mechine is not working from 06th nov 2009. My complaint no is 3871719.One of the worst sevice person Mr.Selvakaumar from No.1 janaki nagar,Lamek street,Valasaravakkam visited our home on 10 nov 2009 with a helper. He checked our mechine, (he dont have any meters or tool to check ) and tell us that the board is not working costing Rs 1800/- either you have to take Amc for 1800/- or you have to pay 1800/- for board and 350/-service charge for me.
He force me to take AMC. He collecting Rs1800/- and issuing a bill (not having terms and condition of AMC) for Rs1739/-
After many followups some one came from IFB(without calling me) to our home on 23rd or 24th said, 'a small wire is burnt and it is replaced now it is ready to use'.
And he received Rs 450/- for cleaning the Drumm with detergent.
Two days later when start the the mechine it make very noice immediatly we stopped nad we called hte custemer care again and again till now my problem is contineing...
During the followup I have try to contact following persons -the no is given by the call centre executives.
Mr.Durai 9840226173 - One time he attened my call after that he wont attend my calls and no responce
Mr.Thiru 9381086792- Many time I tried his no. He never respond my calls.

Finally I called Mr Durai's no some one (lady) pic my call after hearing my complint she said 'Mr.Selvakumar having your card and he reported your door is continiously locked'.
I am socked ...see how the worst service people and the company has to take the responsibility.

After purchase I persuaded a lot of my relatives and friends to purchase your washing machines. But of late I am totally unsatisfied with the follow up service by your Company. About 1 month back huge sound is coming while working, but the clothes not dried well. While registering the complaint with your distributors in Kottayam District as per complaint no. 209/17.12.2009, just 1 person visited and he said he will repair the same within 1 week. Again and again we have called no response from their side.

IFB service is very very poor. Service engineers ven are not trained in their job well and they almost always try to do some adjustment and kill the issue.

I am surprised that a company like IFB is not attending the complaints. Kindly tell me if you can help me in repairing the machine if not then please tell me your disability so that Ican through the machine out and tell everybody that u should not take the product of IFB.

I would like to file a complaint against IFB for harassment and mental torture for the following matter:

I have purchased IFB WM Senorita DLX Washing Machine from M/s Devi International vide Bill No 3614 dated 26 April 2009. The machine is not working properly from the beginning. It has spoiled four dresses and two Sarees. We have made number of complaints to IFB but IFB never bothered to solve the real problem. The machine is defective so it should be replaced forthwith.

A month later Mr.Anwar came to mt house and told me, this is a old model, hence this model board not available, hence you may replce under and upper circit board in both, if you OK I oreder these boards through my Salem Service Centre. 15 days before Mr.Anwar came to my house with 2 circuit board but he was inable to connect, he told me the wiring not suitable for this board, hence I again order the old model for this machine. In the mean time I contact Mr.Shanmugavadivel,service manager Salem Service centre ( Cell:098427-11355) Land Line ( 0427-2335580) but No Response so for. i am affected both mentally and financialy.

Hence, I request the reonsible authoroties of IFB washing machine unit, contecat your service engineers to solve my problem immediately on receipt this message.
