I bought IFB Elite machine in May2003. 9 months later, the machine started giving problems.The machine kept breaking down so often The machine had a problem with bearing and the person came and changed the bearing.After that the machine is completely not working .I spoke to both customer care person (Mr.Deepak #09319548495) as well as the local franchise(Mr.Khushi Ram #09837690567) & he repair many time but he can't resolve the problem & We are facing problem till now & we have spent a lot of money on washing machine repair & washing cloths manually.

I purchased IFB washing machine on April, 2006. In 2008 the motor of machine was replaced and i spent Rs. 7,500 on it . After this experience we started AMC. No person visits for any service any time. Now, on in Oct. 2011 there was sparking in machine, after complaint the service provider visited and just by seeing externally said there is no problem. Now on 30th Nov. 2011, a heavy sparking took place in machine. A telephonic complaint was made on 31st Oct. 2011, no person visited. Againt on 3rd Nov.,5th Nov.,7th Nov and on complaint was made six times, telephonoc as well on e mail. I asked the customer care executive to let me talk to some senior person but he says that he will transfer my complaint to senior person and they will call me within two hours, but since 15 days I havent received any call. On 10th the person visited and directed the wires and said there is problem in lead and took that will himself, promising me that he will come in the morning and replace it with new one as hte machine is under AMC. After waiting on 12th Nov. we registerd our compaint once again took the number of service center and asked him to come. Today is 14th Nov. 2011 no person has come to our place. Today my husband Anirudh made a complaint on internet again and tried to talk with some senior person but in vain either they dont pick the call so someone says the required person is not available.

i m inderpal live in delhi i bought a front loading washing machine senorita of ifb on july 2010, after 1 year washing machine is not working properly , on 2nd of november i complaint on there custmer care no. they give me comlaint no.7541766, & custmer no. 2373547. but after that i regularly contacted with them but my comlaint is not solved they always gave different persons numbers, eventhere service boy talk with me very badly & told there r no comlaint pending when i tried to contact there seniors they also talk loudly & badly no one help me , plz help me.

I have complaint about my machine on 8 -11-11 . The service man came on 10-11-11 .He said that tub Houge is not working . tmrw i willl come and change it But from the last 10 days i m calling to the service station and they are saying that tub houge is not available . I have purchased IFB washing mechine in the month of OCT-2011 and after one month no one has come for DEMO the service center people called us two to three times saying that they will come for DEMo and no one has come since last more than one month at last i my self tried to operate and now the washing meshine is working and the water leak is there in the mechine i am calling the service center phone number(08028524211/28524213) no one is picking the call

i have never seen this kind of third class service in my life time

Sir. I have an IFB front loading washing machine for over 10 years. I have noticed that when I put a wash there is water coming out from the front part between the door and the rubber cassing. I feel that the rubber has been worn out and requires a new one. Do you have an agent who can come and change the rubber? The warrant has long expired. I have purchase ifb washing m/c still now my m/c was not installing.

I call the service centre the person Mr.Gopi was treated very valgar words to me so i return the m/c to shop and i bought new LG m/c.

An executive from came and checked the machine and said that the timer needed to be changed and that it would take weeks since there were no adequate equipments in stock. So we called in the complaint on 21/11/2011 and till now no action has been taken.
We tried to contact Ph.0484-3100757 they wouldnt pick up. the number is only available from 1 to 3pm.
later we tried our luck calling Ph.0484-2344760,3918856 and even called the toll free number 18604255678 three times. This time they said it would be fixed by thursday before 3 pm.
The executive only came on saturday and fixed the timer issue and now he says there is something wrong with the water outlet and promised he would come back in an hour or so and fix it and he dissappeared.
When we called him on Ph.9747743576 he tricked us by saying he was on his way and was rather ANGRY when we called him. And later when we called to enquire why he didnt show up he wouldnt pick up.

we were provided with a new number to contact whenever they actually did pick up. and then we'd have to call the new number and hope they'd pick up. But it didnt really matter since he would end up giving us a new number and the cycle would go on.

so why in god's name are these complaint numbers for if they wont pick up when someone calls??? why did we waste our money on AMCs for all these years???

I had purchased IFB fully automatic front loading Sanorita (Cu8stomer ID 2387166) in July 2010. It had a bad lock. We complaint on 9th Nov 2011 (Complaint No. 7593525). No one turned up till 22nd Nov 11 and till date the lock is not changed. The washing machine is not in the working condition. I donot know is there is any one in IFB who may look after this complaint. We approach the comsumer court for redressal.
Kindly get our money back so that we can buy another company washing machine.
