This complaint is regarding my washing machine, model name is Senator Plus. i have registered the complaint on the 19th september at the helpline number and had received a ticket number wihch is 3553989. I also spoke directly to the franchisee. Initially the franchisee kept sending inefficient technicians who could not detect the fault and also were always in a hurry to leave so that they can attend more calls. After a number of days with my
suffering with the machine which was making loud noises while washing, and also after calling up a number of times at the franchisee (located at D.N.Nagar, near Apna Bazaar, Andheri-W) a technician came in and could detect the fault which was with the timer of the machine. He did not carry the timer and enquired with the franchisee and gave us the assurance that our machine will be in working condition the very next day. Next day he did not turn up at all and after a number of calls to Mr. Bari, Mr. Jeetu, Mr Suresh and to many more people i only got the assurance that the our machine will be in working condition by the end of the day. Then day before yesterday the technician comes to our place and says that the timer which he has carried does not fit in the machine(which only signifies how inefficient the technicians are who don't even check properly which parts are to be replaced). Now again its been 2 days since he has dissappeared and there is no response from the franchisee. I tried calling up Mrs. Kumkum and having a word with her regarding the problem but only got the response that she is busy at the moment and will get back in 5 minutes (3 days have passed by).
Now finally i am registering this complaint with the hopes that my machine will be in working condition tomorrow in the first half of the day.
