I am subhasis patro from greater noida i was booked a washing mechine through online booking from home shop 18 site in date of 27/03/2010 and paid all amount using netbanking. At the time of booking the they displayed within a week product will deliver but still now io am un able to recived any product from home sho0p 18. I was called so maney time but costomer care executive put my call after verification from my site. To day is 28 day. I was toled to cancel my order but they are refused and said if u want to cancel don't recive your delivery and then we will back your case with hin 45 days. Please help me to get my money or my product with proper compansation. I am giving my detail about order of product and other essencial things
