With reference to my complaint number 09094786380668 dated 25th September 2009, I
request you to please clear the problems.

For your reference the EWC Card No is 2009018942, Product information is 70SHFFM2
and Sr. No. is 70SHFFM2-625 dated 13.03.09.

Our problem was timer and machine lid and now the spinner does not move. I request
you to please send your representative today and rectify the spinner problem
immediately as the clothes do not dry.

I request you to once again solve the timer problem and repair the lid. As you can
see the complaint was made on 25th September 2009 and today the date is November
3rd, I request you to please do the needful.

Onida has miserably failed to give quality products - forget about quality service. Like another complainant has written, Onida service center for washing machines at Chennai is just trash.
The point of contact Chandrasekhar is an useless guy - or he must just be a fictitious character named by onida service team. I have waited for over 8 months yet nobody has turned up to service a faulty auto-timer. Ironically, Onida is rebranding its image these days! What is required is restructuring the service operations - brand value will anyways increase with goodwill of the people.

After seeing the above complaints, I also thought of sharing my experience with Onida.
I was thinking Onida delivers class one products. But after the purchase of washing machine, I got to know tht they are manufacturing low class product with poor service. The dealer cheated us with the faulty machine, which we couldn't identify at the time of delivery. The display panel itself was faulty. I logged a service request and the service engg tld me tht we won't get the display panel and have to wait for another 2-3 months. So, tht they wll get it frm any other old machine of same kind. After fighting with them for 2- 3 weeks, finally they have replaced the display.

Later it was wrking fine, bt suddenly one day the machine got turned off and was nt starting. So, I again called the service and the service engg charged me RS 1300 for replacing the Capasitor.

And now the complete machine is rusted and all the internal parts are going one by one. I really took a wrong decision opting "Onida".

Guys its my humble request, before taking any electronic products, kindly test it in the showroom itself. So, tht we can avoid the above incident.

on 19th April I had registered a complaint bearing no. 11040686380933 for the repairing of washing machine but till today on 5th May it is yet to be repaired. when I contacted with service centre incharge Mr. V. R. Soman, he only told us that the particular part is not available due to crisis and in future when it will be available your machine will be repaired.
Sir, I only want to know how much time it will take and why I suffer.

With reference to my complaint number 12104876381127 dated 22nd October 2012, for the repairing of washing machine.but till today on 02 November it is yet to be repaired. when I contacted with service centre At Ayanavaram Technician Mr. Venkatash .he only told us that the particular part is not available due to crisis & how much time it will take to solve the problem i request you to clear the problem as soon as possible .
