    We purchased IFB washing machine W/M Senorita DX 5.5 Kg on 24 Feb 2008, ever since then our life has been a ordeal of calls and follow ups with the IFB Customer Care Centre. We had to call the technician almost every fortnight for some or the other major or minor complaint. We would call IFB customer service team and lodge a complaint. The technician would reach us most probably within 2 days and the complaint will be attended.

    There have been series of complaints made time and again under our Permanent ID Number 14814831. Few of the complaint numbers that we remember as of now are as below for your reference

    The tub and the stone base of the machine has been replaced twice but still the problem persists. We are using the recommended cleaning catalyst and the water softner has also installed but all in vain as machine has a tendency to malfunction time & again. Please note that every time machine has been attended to by your so called “IFB Trained Technician” but they seem to be doing a disaster as I feel that they have not been able to replace the parts properly and that is why drum & other associate parts are breaking time & again. The so called Engineers from IFB don’t know their job as machine as noise from machine can very well beat the noise of an airplane and when we raised this to them, we were told that is the way it will stay. Today we are without the machine for last 3 days and now again the technician tells us that Tub needs to replaced AGAIN but currently it is out of stock, so it can from 06-10 working days to repair the machine

    Honestly, now this is beyond our patience and it has become utterly frustrating to keep putting it money into this piece of junk. This machine is beyond repair and we demand that you replace the machine as it is still under warranty and we feel that we have been cheated on first go by giving us a sub-standard defective machine.

    I am running from pillar to post while calling up Mr. Vivek (Franchise Owner, Gurgaon), who has expessed his in-ability to help us and have put me to Mr. Prasad (Cell # 9311683942). As per Mr. Prasad, defective part is not available for past 15 days and he is unable to give me a time line for availability of part. I have asked Mr. Prasad to give me a standby machine and meanwhile get my machine repaired in your workshop, but he is also showing his inability for this also. Nobody is willing to take onus and nobody is willing to help us.

    I am really fed up now and would request you to deput some senior & sensible person from your company to look into this matter and bail us out of this situation. We are feeling deeply humiliated, frustrated and cheated and would like to take up this matter to consumer court as a last resort.

    I bought IFB washing Machine last week Saturday, 18th June 2011 and till date waiting for the service engineer to visit my premises for demo/installtion. From last 5-days I'm though getting calls daily from the service center for address verification and accessories requirement but, no one visiting. Again today they gave me date for tomorrow and will complete one week of buying the machine but not using the same.

    Model Name - Elena Dx 5.5 Kg.

    I don't know whether IFB takes this much time for sending their service engineers for just demo. It seems they are not bothered once their product is sold. They don't value the time and money of the customer.

    Dear Sir,

    I have IFB Washing machine,Dishwasher & Microwave oven. The dishwasher & microwave are under AMC.

    On 2nd of May i have registered a complaint on dishwasher with your customer care centre which was partly attended after two months by your technician at Coimbatore.This is not the first time, this is a regular affair, once our Microwave was attended/rectified after 3 months. in addition they have recently refused to renew the aAMC for our washing machine stating that the machine is very old and spares are not available.

    Further i have received a call on 29.06.12 at 11-16 AM from IFB Goa [+918039216800] & offered combo pack @ Rs.545/set of autodish+rinseaid+descale. I had accepted the offer & requested the gentleman to supply two sets for which he had promised to deliver the same within 24 hours at my residence.

    However, i was shocked when my wife told me in the evening that she had purchased the following items for Rs.1950/= from the local IFB service centre [Sri Balaji Associates]

    Detergent 2 Nos...Rs 600
    Rinseaid 2 NoS.....Rs 600
    Salt 1 No............Rs 200
    Descale 2 Nos......Rs 300
    Protecta 1 No......Rs125
    Limo !No.............Rs 125

    The first 3 items are of China maKe 7 expensive, when i have enquired about the combo pack there was no proper answer from your local guys.

    Please investigate and clarify

    1. Was that call which i had recieved on 29th June from your Goa office a fake one.
    2. Why did you discontinue the earlier IFB products and started sourcing Chinese items which are supposed to be the worst that too at an exorbidant rates.
    3. How come your local guys are not aware of the combo pack scheme or they are pretending so.
    4.Why the complaints are not attended in time?

    In a nutshell we deeply regret for having chosen your products and seriously thinking of discarding all IFB due to irresponsible service centre located at Coimbatore.

    Dear Sir

    This is to bring to your notice that I had purchased a washing machine three years back from your company and from the past one and a half year i have had all the parts changed except the drum and still face a lot of problems with the same despite regular complaints. The child lock has been removed without my knowledge and now it is told to me that it cant be replaced as the old part is not there. I am sick and tired of going on calling and complaining with nothing being done so to say, so I am sending you this mail and if you do not contact me soon i will be forced to register a complaint with the Consumer Court and then my lawyer will have to do the talking legally.

    Default IFB machine not working . The complaint closed without my consent

    My IFB machine model no AW 7233 is not working for the past 20 days . Alot of noise was coming from the machine a complaint was lodged on 16th Jul'12 . The engineer came he checked & said the panel & suspension rods need to be changed . But after 3-4 days i heard nothing from them . So i called the service center & the customer care agfain on 20th jul'12 . I finally got the panel changed on 24th July'12 but machine didn't work . the engineer said suspension rods are still penidng and you'll receive in 5 working days but till date no such thing has happened . To my shock when i rang up the customer care on 31stJul'2012 they informed me that the compalint is closed. This is pure cheating on the part of the company . How can they close the complaint without my consent . Iam for the past 20 days washing clothes with my hands .

    Default why you should not purchase IFB Products

    I purchased IFB washing machine Senator 6 Kg. IFB delivered a defective product. I asked for replacement they took 15 days to change but with the second defect piece now they are not responding. It is one of the worst company i have ever interacted with. I am not going to suggest anybody this product ever. There website so many customer response form just to show customer how responsible they are but the actual condition they don't believe in response. Its an pathetic company.

    Default Complaint on IFB Neptune dishwasher

    I am really unhappy with the IFB Neptune dishwasher that I purchased almost 4 years ago. This machine has not given me nothing but trouble from the very first day it was purchased. I have had the misfortune to deal with M/s. Global Enterprises their service provider in Chembur, Mumbai who does nothing but stonewall the complaints and does nothing but give false assurances.

    it is my feeling that the piece supplied to me is having some technical problem and want the machine to be thoroughly checked once and for all and all problems sorted out once and for all.

    I also want Global Enterprises to be thrown out as there is no way this agency is going to respect the customers who come to them.

    I was a person who has gone for IFB washing machine and cloth dryer but in so far as the dishwasher is concerned I will never recommend this product to anybody.

    I am planning to haul the service provider to the court if my problem is not solved immediately. I will also get my experience with dealing with IFB published in the newspapers in Mumbai soonest unless my problem with the machine is solved immediately.

    Default ifb front load sonareeta washing machine

    i have purchase ifb frontload washing machine sonareta from chennai dealer m.a.ethirajulu naidu on 05/2/2009 three years back ,it's waranty period four years. but from last seven month our cloth are torn.after complaint given local coustomercare authorised tecnician from classic attnded and replace the drum one month back.but is was same problem again came and i hade given complaint and the technician came ,but problem are not solve for torn the cloth and now they are any response. i have already told him to replace the machine,because it is warrenty period.so, request you to please take action and do the needful.my customer id no.1790905.nailesh.m.shah.my emial id is nmsjasapara @gmail.com

    dear Sir

    what to write you sir ? i called up IFB's cust. care on 22-nov-2012 for re-installation of my washing machine and other problem with this machine my complaint No. is 9893299 . after 24 hour i called again they provide me so many numbers but no one come to short out the problem .

    i dont know who will solve my problem ? and where should i complain .. plz help me

    when i buy this machine i was happy that i purchased a nice nice machine from a very known and good company
    but my experience is so bad

    plz do something for me its my request plz plz plz

    Default IFB ELENA DX washing machine: very extremely poor service

    I registered a complaint on 6th December then again on 21st December as my washing machine has been making a lot of noise. i have called on every possible number everyone gives me someone else's contact number to call. They promise that a technician is on his way but no one shows up. I got so frustrated that i asked them if they even knew what repair had to be made turns out that the part required is only not available they had been lying for so long they didn't even know what had to be done. I will take them to consumer court also if no action is taken asap.

    Default Repairs to Washing Machine Senorita Model - Serial No.5429 purchased on 5/6/2000 - Customer ID No.18

    Sir,

    The Washing Machine cited above which is under AMC became defective & I registered a complaint through Customer Care on 3/11/2012 vide Complaint No.9789319. The Service Engineer from the local Service Centre - M/s Soorya Enterprises, Calicut inspected the machine within 2 days of registering my complaint. According to him the bearing bracket had become defective & required to be replaced. He informed that he would procure the spare & get it replaced at the earliest. However not hearing from him even after a month, I again updated my complaint on 13/12/2012 vide No.10005088. After a few more calls to the local Service Centre I was told that the spare was not available as the model Senorita had become outdated. I was totally disappointed & regret to inform that the response/efforts from a reputed organisation like IFB Industries was unsatisfactory. For the last 2 months we have been facing great difficulty without the Washing machine. As it is not possible for me to go in for a new Washing Machine, I shall be grateful if the Company could procure the spares from any other IFB Service Centre in India & get my washing machine repaired.

    An urgent action will be highly appreciated.

    Default water leaking from the machine

    for november onwards the washing machine ifb elena dx was leaking, now also.I give the compliant to customer care but the engineer could not solve the problem of ifb elena dx washing machine.So i requesting to you(IFB company) to solve the my problem as soon as possible...
